Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home was founded in 1938 in Honey Grove, Texas and has always been family owned and operated. In 1946 Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home was established in Bonham, Texas and in 1995, long time staff Funeral Director Gerald Howard and wife Judy purchased the Funeral Homes. In 2024 Gerald and Judy continued the tradition of entrusting ownership to long time staff Funeral Directors Bryan Frazier and Dwain Kirby.
Not only family closeness, but pride in the firm and in the communities that we serve have combined to make us a well-respected and close friend who is there to help people through their difficult times. We are thankful for the trust that the families we serve have placed in us and we constantly strive to earn it.
