Betsy Blevins is the former editor and publisher of The Leonard Graphic for 14 years. She continues to be actively involved in community, church and school events. After volunteering as a Leonard Chamber of Commerce Director for many years, she has served as Secretary since 2025.

Clinton Praslicka is an individual member of the Leonard Chamber of Commerce.
